Simran is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience in orthopaedic, sports, and geriatric care. She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre (ISIC) and completed her graduation from Indraprastha University.

Her expertise spans a range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, cupping, taping, and soft tissue mobilization. She has served as a sports physiotherapist during the Fed Cup Asia-Oceania Zone Group I Tournament and the Fenesta Open at RK Khanna Stadium, providing injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance support to high-level players.

She also specializes in breast cancer rehabilitation, addressing unique challenges such as lymphedema, fatigue, pain, and limited range of motion.
